A graveside service will be held for Webb Thomas Choate and Sawyer Hayes Choate at 11:00 am on Friday, December 3, 2021 at Greenlawn Memorial Gardens in Lafayette. Deacon Ken Soignier will officiate the services.
Webb and Sawyer are the twin children of Jacqueline and Wesley Choate.
Walters Funeral Home, (337) 706-8941, is in charge of arrangements.
