Anita Lynn Sams

Anita Lynn Sams passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026 at her residence. 

She is survived by her husband, Ronald Sams, and two daughters, Stacey Sams and Shannon Sams.

She is preceded in death by her parents,Frances and Warren Monroe, and one sister, Joy Summerfield. 

Anita was a native to Chattanooga, TN and resided in Lafayette for the past 45 years. She was a teacher's assistant for special education students.
