Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 5, 2024 at 2:00 pm in the Sunrise Chapel at Walters Funeral Home for Helen Mae Castille, 84, who passed away February 29, 2024 at her residence in Lafayette. Deacon Ken Soignier will conduct the funeral services. Interment will follow the service in Calvary Cemetery.
Survivors include her two sons, David and John Castille, both of Broussard; one brother, Curtis Gaudet; eight grandchildren, David Castille, Jr., Christopher Castille, Jada Guidry, Jana Guidry, Danielle Castille, Nicole Castille, Daniel Castille, Jr., and Brittany Blanchard; three great-grandchildren; and one daughter-in-law, Patti Castille.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Wilbert Castille; one son, Daniel Castille, Sr.; and one daughter-in-law, Regina Castille.
The family requests that visitation be held on Tuesday from 9:00 am until services.
