John Allen Roger, Sr.

Times are pending for the funeral services of John Allen Roger Sr., 70, who passed away April 7, 2026.

Survivors include his wife, Brenda H. Roger of Scott; five sons, John (Nacona) Roger of Scott, Joe (Christina) Roger of Carencro, Willy (Tanna) Roger of Carencro, Jacob (Shelly) Roger of Scott, and James (Nikki) Roger of Duson; two brothers, Ronald Roger and Earl Roger; twelve grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anna and Euric Roger; and two sisters, Jeanell Vincent and Anette Roger.

Serving as pallbearers are John Roger, Joe Roger, Willy Roger, Jacob Roger, James Roger, and Zachary Roger. Honorary pallbearers include Brylan Roger, Mason Roger, Brian Roger, Charles Hebert, and Trey Lanclos.

The family requests that visitation be held on Sunday, April 12, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am - 8:00 pm. A rosary will be prayed at 2:00 pm on Sunday afternoon.
