Michael Sterling Eadie

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date for Michael Sterling Eadie, 25, who passed away on Friday, May 19, 2023.

Michael is survived by his mother, Candace Fontenot and her husband Brandon Fontenot;  his father Robert Eadie, II;  three sisters, Emily Elizabeth Eadie, Sophie Lynn Guidry, and Jessica Rose Newell;  two brothers, Jacob Patrick Guidry and Kaiden Thomas Eadie;  four step-sisters, Courtney, Taylor, Sophie Grace, and Ava Fontenot;  one step-brother, Blake Fontenot;  his maternal grandparents, Isabel Suire and Timothy J. Liner;  his paternal grandparents, Sue and Robert Eadie;  and his many aunts and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Anthony Keith Melancon;  and his paternal great-grandparents, Margaret and Robert Eadie.

In his free time, Michael enjoyed mechanics, and was known to be a handy-man.  Other hobbies included cooking, fishing, and riding dirt bikes and four wheelers.
