Thomas Baldwin, Jr.

A funeral mass will be held on Monday, November 11, 2013 at 10 am in the Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist for Thomas Edward Baldwin, 39, who passed away peacefully October 5, 2013. Private interment services will be held in Port Hudson National Cemetery at a later date.

He is survived by his family in Lafayette, Colleen Blanchet Lagarde and her sons Connor, Liam, Pierce and Foster Lagarde, whom he mentored for the last three years of his life; his extended family in Pensacola, Fl., Jennifer Bradshaw-Morris and her daughter, Lauren, and many other loved ones in Louisiana and Massachusetts.

Tommy was born on June 10, 1974 in Malden, Massachusetts. He graduated trade school in carpentry, but his greatest achievement and love was joining the Army in 1994 where he was a paratrooper with the 101st Airborne Division Artillery. He was stationed in Alaska until honorably discharged in 1997.
